Thanks for a laugh-out-loud moment, Parson.

Dear Parson:
Thanks for the joyful remembrance, been there, done that. When I was an associate at a large church, my place, after the service, was at side door. The senior man always got the front door, through which Mrs. Jones would always leave. Once she was in the hospital, and because I visited the hospitals on MWF, I was the only one from the church to visit her. On a subsequent Sunday, she went out my door, to thank me for my visits, I was trying desperately to recall her name. She helped me. To which I replied, without thinking, "Oh, Mrs. Jones, I didn't recognize you with clothes on." Thankfully, we both had a hardy laugh.
