Does courage = loss of life.


It also struck me that the number of war veterans during wwII is actually quite low when compared to Holocaust victims or casulties in Europe.

And when I think of the number killed when the trade centre came crashing that is also a cost - they were they of course by chance (job loyalty) and not fighting for their country (or that of another) but so many lives were lost that day - and from so many nations not only the USA.

QP...you may wish to check your figure on Civil War categories, most references I have show about 620,000 total (both sides).
